Explanations of the scope of your potential study
In principle, the potential study offers all interested real estate owners, builders, developers and project developers and investors the opportunity to find out whether an almost climate-neutral conversion using near-surface geothermal energy can be considered at all due to the geological conditions and the existing or planned property and what economic advantages result from this. Overall, the study comprises six areas and thus covers all relevant fields.
Based on the original assessment of the location with regard to the use of geothermal energy, a further analysis of the expected thermophysical underground parameters would follow if the result was positive. In addition to the assessment of risk potential and the determination of withdrawal forces for heating, hot water and passive cooling, a comprehensive cost estimate is carried out in this more comprehensive first module.
In the second and third area, the economic conditions, i.e. the expected rental income or sales prices, taking into account property-specific data with and without consideration of the local heating supply, are examined in detail.
The fourth module analyzes the economic benefit of the local heating supply and underpins this with different simulation models, which serves as a basis for decision-making for the planned local heating supply.
Since an almost confusing number of funding options have now been created as part of the energy transition promoted by the legislature, the right selection and composition of the individual funding modules to form an overall concept is becoming increasingly important for property owners. Here we use the expertise of a nationwide known andrenowned Kooperationspartners, which puts together the optimal mix from the regional, national and European funding options.
For the final legal consideration, which plays an important role in the overall study, we work together with an internationally renowned law firm, which prepares an individual expert opinion as part of the study.
Finally, the results are presented in a comprehensive presentation with numerous graphics.
Advantages in real estate transactions
The result of a comprehensive DGC potential study enables the seller and buyer to provide the seller and buyer with essential economic factors in real estate transactions, which are of great importance when determining the purchase price.
